We know planning an event can feel overwhelming, so we’ve put together answers to the questions we get asked the most.

How many people can your tents accommodate?

Our 5m bell tents (Willow Package) sleep up to 5 guests, while our 7m bell tent (Ember Package) sleeps up to 10 or can be styled as an event space. The Solstice Package combines 6×5m tents plus the 7m tent, sleeping up to 30 guests with a central gathering space.

Do you provide set-up and pack-down?

Yes! All our packages include full set-up and take-down. We handle everything so you can just arrive and enjoy.

What’s included in the packages?

Each package includes lighting and bunting as standard. See the Mobile Glamping page for more options.

Can I customise my package?

Absolutely — we offer bespoke add-ons such as outdoor movie nights, boho low pallet dinner tables, or themed décor to suit your event.

How long can we hire the tents for?

Standard hire is for a weekend (Friday–Sunday), but longer hire is available on request.

Where do you travel to?

We’re based in the Forest of Bowland and cover the Ribble Valley. If your event is further afield, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you require power or facilities?

Our tents come with battery-powered lighting, so no mains power is required. If you’d like extra features that require electricity, we’ll discuss options with you.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for a deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may result in loss of deposit. Full terms will be shared at booking.

Can you help style other parts of the event?

Yes! Alongside our tents, we offer décor hire such as arches, tables, and benches, plus full bespoke event styling. Check out our Bespoke Creations page for more information or get in touch with your ideas!
